Because our eBook is a digital product, all eBook sales are generally final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or accessed.

If you experience any issues with your digital purchase, such as:

• receiving the wrong file
• technical access problems

Paperback Purchases

Paperback books are sold through an external third-party link. Refunds, returns, exchanges, and shipping issues for paperback orders are subject to the policies of the third-party seller or platform where the purchase is completed.
